LeapFrog’s New LeapPad Explorer Is the Best Design Yet

For those of you with children, you’ve probably heard about LeapFrog.  They’re “computers” especially designed to be learning tools for your ones and as such they have to be durable, easy to use, and long lasting.  Though LeapFrog has released several model, the LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer is by far the best so far.
This 5 inch color screen tablet will be available sometime this summer and will feature a whole host of software that lets kids learn on their own.  It’s big and bulky enough for little fingers to easily grasp and use but smart enough to actually be educational instead of just entertaining.  There’s even the ability to download software from an online library for around $8 a pop so your child will never get bored.
There’s also a built-in camera in this model that will shoot still photos and video and dedicated software that will let them edit their own videos.
One of th best features about this gadget is the price.  It will retail for only $99—which might sound like a lot until you realize what it can do compared to those other children’s “computers” that are saturating the market at $50-$75.
